Refund policy
To initiate a return:
Please email us at officialburnes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, ship your item(s) back via DHL tracked service within 3 days.

Return conditions:
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In their original packaging, with all tags attached
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.
Important:
All return shipments must be sent as DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) and clearly marked as a Return. Shipments sent without prepaid duties and taxes won't reach our office.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items returned damaged, worn, or without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund
- If Duties or other costs are charged by the shipping service to BURNES, they will be deducted by the final refund.
Exchanges (Size Only)
We offer exchanges for size adjustments under the following conditions:
- Albania & Kosovo: Free exchanges available
- International orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping of the original item
- The replacement item will be shipped free of charge
